Add Form Submission Counts To Marketing Form Views
Megan V. Walker
One of the things I like about the Realtime marketing forms is that all of the submissions are stored automatically, no need to turn them on or off. This means we can review if there are any failures along with the successful submissions. However, one thing I don’t like is that you need to go in to each form to see how many submissions there are or to know if there are any that failed. Fear not, this is one of the easiest things for your System Administrator to change using core functionality and a few roll up fields to show form submission counts. Let’s see how!

Reuse a Single Email for all your Event Invitations in Customer Insights - Journeys
Amey Holden
A great one from Amey. She recently discovered how you can use a trigger to do the same to send event invitations to a segment of your choice. Which automatically personalises the invitation with the correct details for your chosen event. No customisations or flows required, just a ‘Custom’ Trigger and a single journey/email! To send invites all you need to decide is a segment of people to invite, create a new journey from a template, update the event references for the trigger actions and publish. Sounds easy right? Make sure you check it out.

Sending Internal Email Upon Form Submission: Customise Real-time Marketing Form
Zay Aung
I love it when someone new starts blogging about Customer Insights – Journeys. It’s good to have different ideas and perspectives. Sometimes even the same ideas but done in different ways (which I have done many times without realising). Happy to introduce Zay Aung with a new blog, and this time it’s starting off with a bang with a 4 part series. So check out part one, then follow along to see the approach suggested for sending internal email notifications. Looking forward to seeing what you do next Zay!
