Hi lovely reader!

I was wondering the other day. Could you gather Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback from a Realtime Marketing form? And actually make the question look cool with different colours and numbers? Turns out, yes you can! If you want to check it out (please be nice 😊) just click the button below. A blog post on how to do it will follow in a few weeks!

Provide Feedback

As always, if you spot anything you think would be worth a mention, just let me know by sending a message via the online contact form using the navigation link above. Always good to know of others posting about D365 Marketing or if you see anything else other marketers should know about.

Now let’s get on with the newsletter!

Convert Non-Subscribers Via Your Emails With Customer Insights Journeys

If you offer multiple email topics or purposes, there’s bound to be some overlap. But promoting Purpose B to someone already subscribed to Purpose B? Not a great look. In this post, we’ll explore how to convert non-subscribers without awkwardly pitching to those already on the list using conditional content. Let’s take a look!

What the heck are “Triggers” and Why do I need to know?

I was happy to find a new blog (new to the newsletter) that has a post all about triggers. Kellie has written all about triggers, saying she has to answer the question ‘What the heck are triggers’ a lot for clients, so in this post she’s explained it all. Check it out, and I look forward to more content in the future Kellie!

Cancel Registrations For Individual Sessions

This one was noticed on LinkedIn from Florence. She had been trying to see if a customer could allow event registrants to cancel for individual sessions rather than the entire event. She had been digging in to the HTML and noticed some hidden aspects. Turns out there is a slight bug (hopefully resolved very soon, maybe even by the time you read this). The Sessions will show on the Cancellation form when the following things are true:
* Allow attendees to register for sessions is Yes
* Make session registration required is ticked

But the bug prevents the button for cancelling those sessions from displaying. So check out the post, but do testing before using the cancellation form in a live situation.
