Update - What will happen to Outbound Marketing?
This is the important part about the update from Microsoft: We’ve completed phases 1 and 2, and have started phase 3. This phased approach may be revised anytime. Given that we’re at the final stages of outbound marketing removal, you should assume that outbound marketing may be removed any day after January 1, 2026 (unless you have an approved extension, in which case your environment won’t move to phase 2 and beyond until after your approved extension date). So take a look and let your key stakeholders know so there are no surprises!

Microsoft Customer Insights – DACH Community Treffen
If you are in Germany or speak German, this might be a good one for you! This is the last only event of the year for the DACH Customer Insights group (Deutschland (Germany), Austria, and CH (Switzerland)) and is on Thursday December 4th. The group is run by Christian Schipp, Mario Hain and old newsletter favourite, Pauline Kolde. Have a great event guys!

I thought this one was really fun and great recognition for those in marketing working on killer emails and campaigns. Love it! The Really Good Emails Awards is in a few weeks and you can attend online. The event states: Join us live to celebrate the emails that leveled up the inbox in 2025. We’ll replay the biggest wins, boldest experiments, and campaigns that beat boring email once and for all. Might be one to get some good ideas from for your 2026 emails!
