Can You Hide The View In Browser Link When Viewing In Browser?
I recently had a question via my blog that asked about the View In Browser link you can add to your emails in Customer Insights – Journeys. Specifically, when someone clicks that from the email and they are in fact ‘viewing in browser’, can it be hidden? Otherwise it is a bit circular, view in browser to view in browser and so on. There is no way out of the box so I figured I would see if it was possible. Spoiler, it is BUT with limitations. Read on to find out more.
CI-J Insights with Minimal Fabric: The Lightweight Access Pattern
Microsoft Fabric enables efficient access to Customer Insights – Journeys interaction data for reporting and analytics purposes. The introduction of Fabric can raise questions regarding the cost implied or the architectural impact when other analytic solutions already are available. This article outlines an approach for leveraging Fabric with a minimal footprint and in a cost-effective manner to make CI-J interaction data available for custom reporting needs or the extraction of data for other analytic solutions.

The most colorful Microsoft Business Applications conference is coming back to Hamburg in April 2026 for its third edition!
