The latest update for Customer Insights – Journeys is here. The February 2026 update can now be installed in your environment(s), so check out the release notes to find out what is included. Notice that if you use the captcha element on your marketing forms, this is being deprecated and you should start looking at the new reCAPTCHA experience to replace on any existing forms.

The customer lifecycle represents the complete journey a customer takes with your business, from first becoming aware of you all the way through to become a loyal customer and telling everyone how great your business is (or unfortunately, churning, not buying again).
