Hi lovely reader!

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback about the new site. I hope you like it as much as I do. Although I don’t think I’ll ever change the name of the newsletter, I thought giving it the same colour scheme as the Customer Insights – Journeys logo was a nice touch. Same great content as before, just new site, features and functionality for you!

As always, if you spot anything you think would be worth a mention, just let me know by sending a message via the online contact form using the navigation link above. Always good to know of others posting about D365 Marketing or if you see anything else other marketers should know about.

Now let’s get on with the newsletter!

The following relate to news and articles about Dynamics 365 Marketing

👍 or 👎, tell me what you think

Have you considered collecting feedback from your email marketing? This is a great post from Renée that shows some different approaches you could take to ask people what they think of the newsletter you’ve sent them. I’ve loving this idea and I’m seriously considering implementing it in the D365 Marketing Weekly newsletter email that goes out. Is this something you think you would implement?

Push the button: Optimizing and Segmenting Email Link Clicks in Customer Insights

Have you noticed the link alias for buttons and links? If you aren’t already using it, this is a great feature that should help you create behaviour segments to find all audience members who have clicked on a specific link, no mater which email or what the actual full URL was. It’s all about the link alias and what you’ve name that which will determine how things are tracked. So, if you aren’t already taking advantage of the functionality, be sure to check this one out!

TechWomen100 Awards

This is pretty cool, the TechWomen100 Awards. It is no secret that the technology industry lacks female representation at all levels. Women make up just 17 per cent of the industry. There are some fantastic awards for women working in tech, however, most of these focus on senior women. The TechWomen100 awards focus solely on women working in tech below director level. They hope that by highlighting the accolades of up-and-coming inspirational female tech talent, they can help to create a new generation of female role models for the industry, and a pipeline of future leaders. So if someone in your organisation fits this description, make sure you nominate them! Nominations are open now until July 8th 2024.
