At Ignite 2023, Microsoft announced a unique Copilot-powered real-time web personalization solution in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights in partnership with Optimizely*. Now they have announced the availability of this solution in preview to customers worldwide. Current Customer Insights customers can sign up now to access the public preview. Now this is all using information from Customer Insights – Data so you must already using it to even take any advantage of this new functionality.
