Yes! This post is LONG overdue by someone. The ability to filter on specific records when you are setting conditions in branches or on your journey triggers is there… but it is NOT SO OBVIOUS! Amey has shown us with clear steps how to use a filter that should remove any possible errors by filtering on a specific record rather than the name of a record. If you don’t know, now you know.

Update Consent After Bounce Correction

Collaboration is a running theme between bloggers and people putting out content about the Power Platform. Customer Insights – Journeys is no exception. In this post from Renée, she used a previous post from Amey Holden regarding managing Email Bounces, and expanded on it. The thoughts she and her colleagues had was that the email address that bounced must have received an email to bounce, right? So, it probably has some consent records attached to it. What if we automagically transfer these records to the corrected email address? 🪄
