We’ve got a new update from Microsoft for May 2025. One of the items in Public Preview has been long awaited by SO MANY PEOPLE, and that is the ability to add custom questions to your event registration forms. That is now available for you to review and test out. Get the update downloaded if you are one of the ones who have been waiting for this!

Create Form Submission and Event Registration Summaries in Customer Insights - Journeys
A great post from Amey, showing us how to add a nice little summary of all the questions asked on a Realtime Marketing form and show directly on the form submission record. An extra nice touch is to show all this information as a task on the timeline for a Lead or Contact. Nice one Amey!

European Power Platform Conference 2025!
This year held in Austria, Vienna from June 16th to June 19th, this should be a fantastic event. Although not many Customer Insights specific sessions, this is a great well rounded Power Platform event. If you want the opportunity to learn from fantastic speakers AND visit an amazing city in Europe, check out this event!
