    Do I have to subscribe?

    You don’t have to do anything 😉 and you can always read the newsletter without subscribing. It’s free for everyone. Plus, you’ll get the newsletter sent to you as soon as it’s ready! You can subscribe here.

    When is the newsletter published?

    The newsletter is published each Tuesday at 9 AM GMT. It is posted on social media, but anyone who has subscribed will receive the newsletter via email.

    Can I contribute to the newsletter?

    If you have written something on the topic of D365 Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys) or Marketing in general, or if you spot anything you think would be worth a mention, just let me know by sending a message via the online contact form here. Always good to know of others posting about D365 Marketing or if you see anything else other marketers should know about.

    As a bonus, if you are a subscriber to the newsletter and recommend something (not your own content) that gets used in a future issue, you’ll get a point for that to work towards getting some swag. 🎉

    What if I want to remove my information or unsubscribe?

    You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of the weekly emails. Doing this also deletes your profile information and any referrals you’ve generated or swag you’ve earned from the website.

    What if I subscribed but didn't receive the newsletter?

    Once you have subscribed, you should receive a confirmation email to acknowledge the subscription. If Tuesday roles around and you didn’t get the newsletter email, check your spam first. If you subscribed with your company email address, also check to make sure it wasn’t blocked by an over eager firewall or network administrator!

    My email address has changed, how can I update that?

    Your subscription is linked to your email address, so you will need to unsubscribe from the old one by going to the last newsletter you received and clicking the unsubscribe link from the bottom. Once you’ve done that, you can go ahead and then subscribe using your new email address. This approach is used to keep everyone safe and compliant.
