Got a couple of blogs for you this week, the upcoming May release webinar with Amey Holden, and an awesome in person event if you can get to London this summer!
As always, if you spot anything you think would be worth a mention, just let me know by sending a message via the online contact form using the navigation link above. Always good to know of others posting about D365 Marketing or if you see anything else other marketers should know about.
Now let’s get on with the newsletter!

Find Contacts With Failed Form Submissions Via A Segment
Megan V. Walker
Sounds simple right? I want to create a segment to give me all Contacts (or Leads) that have had a failed form submission, or one with a warning. We have the ability to use the behavioural option, but if you add that it doesn’t give us a way to get through to the status of form submissions to check which ones might have failed. In my case, I wanted those that had failed with a warning and were specific to someone registering for an Event, so I also wanted to check the Event Registration field on a form submission for those that were empty. Sigh… how can this be done? Don’t worry, I figured it out so you can too if you need to.
Create Add To Google Link For Session Or Event Registrations Without Using Power Automate
Megan V. Walker
I’ve written about creating an add to Google calendar link previously, but that was using Power Automate, and it was done to add a link to a meeting using Microsoft Bookings. So similar, but definitely not the same as doing it for your Session or Event Registrations in Realtime. This post is also similar to creating an add to outlook link for your Session or Event Registrations, but this time for a Google Calendar. AND even better, you won’t need to have access to or know Power Automate to do it. You will need to create a new formula field, but all the info you need is in this post, so let’s get started!

London (All Day) D365PPUG - July 2026
Dynamics 365 & Power Platform UK User Groups
This is one event I am hoping to attend in person, love getting back to an all day event in London. This one is the in-person Dynamics 365 & Power Platform User Group in London on Tuesday 28th July at the Leonardo St Paul’s Hotel! Check-in starts at 9.00am with sessions from 09:30am to 17:00pm. No speaker line up yet as the call for speakers is still open, but these events fill up fast and spaces are limited! If you are in the UK or are able to get to London and fancy a fun enjoyable day learning and meeting other like minded people, definitely register for this one!
