This is the biggest update I’ve seen for a very long time. Definitely one to check out the release notes for so that you are aware of what is coming your way (or has already been updated in your environment!). Be sure to check it out so you aren’t taken off guard.
Journey Creation Agent in Customer Insights - Journeys (preview)
This is one of the items from the May release but I thought was worth pointing out specifically as you are likely to see lots about it on social media with people getting excited about AI. I’ve not tried it yet myself, but looking forward to checking it out to see how accurately it creates Journeys for us. Could it be a time save, or just something else that gets in the way?
