Create A Segment Using Unmapped Fields On Marketing Forms in Customer Insights Journeys

We have the ability to add unmapped fields to marketing forms, providing the ability to capture extra information from a Contact or Lead without needing to add a new field to those tables each time. It makes it easy for marketers to take ownership when wanting to capture new information. However, how on earth can you then easily find people who have filled out those fields in a segment? This post will show you how to create a segment using unmapped fields so wonder no more!

Customise Double Opt-In Confirmation Email {{OptedInPurposeTopic}} - Customer Insights - Journeys

Double opt in allows you to send a single email where the subscriber they can confirm all of their subscriptions by clicking a confirmation button. However, when you send the ‘Confirm your preferences email, the list of topics/purposes comes out in the email as semicolon separated line of text for all purpose/topics which were opted in … icky! Amey shows how we can fix that and make it look a whole lot better with some changes.
