Unable To Add Compliance Setting Record In D365 Marketing
This is a quick one, and I’m writing it to help anyone Googling an issue that has come up a few times including seeing it in a few client environments myself. Real-time Marketing needs at least one compliance setting record which stores the organisations address, and a link to a preference page (subscription centre). However, what if the link to add a new record is missing? This post will show you how to add it when all else fails.

Microsoft Dynamics Copilot: The Future of Marketing with Generative AI
This event is VERY soon, but is online so time to register for April 26th at 11 AM CEST for 30 minutes. It’s going to be in German and is all about Dynamics 365 Marketing, Customer Insights and powerful AI tools. The speakers are Pauline Kolde and Alexander Horn. So if you speak or understand German, this is one to attend!
CollabDays Poland in Warsaw
CollabDays put on some awesome events, and this one is to be held in Warsaw, Poland on Saturday May 13th. So, if you can get there, it’s one to attend! The lovely Vivian Voss has a session all about automating Marketing flows using D365 Marketing, Microsoft Teams and Power Pages. Along with a ton of other awesome speakers, make sure you attend Vivian’s for a marketing related session!

You might have heard mention of Microsoft’s CX or Customer Experience Platform. We have the CX User Group that I’ve mentioned a few times already in this newsletter. But what is it exactly? I found this article from a few weeks ago that explains it and lists all of the tools considered to be a part of the Customer Experience Platform. How many of them are you using or even already aware of?
