Hi lovely reader!

Welcome to Issue 6 of the D365 Marketing Weekly newsletter. Glad you are here! Not much going on this week, but still some good content to review.

As always, if you spot anything you think would be worth a mention, just let me know by sending a message via the online contact form using the navigation link above. Always good to know of others posting about D365 Marketing or if you see anything else other marketers should know about.

Now let’s get on with the newsletter!

D365 Marketing

The following relate to news and articles about Dynamics 365 Marketing

Unable To Add Compliance Setting Record In D365 Marketing

This is a quick one, and I’m writing it to help anyone Googling an issue that has come up a few times including seeing it in a few client environments myself. Real-time Marketing needs at least one compliance setting record which stores the organisations address, and a link to a preference page (subscription centre). However, what if the link to add a new record is missing? This post will show you how to add it when all else fails.

Extend and optimize your customer outreach with custom channels

Curious about how you can integrate WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and many other channels in your journeys to engage your customers in the moments that matter? This article came out a few months ago, but should be relevant if you are interested in using custom channels for your Real-time Journeys. You will need a developer to help out with this, but it certainly could be a great way to communicate with your customers via channels they use!

What is Microsoft Customer Experience Platform?

You might have heard mention of Microsoft’s CX or Customer Experience Platform. We have the CX User Group that I’ve mentioned a few times already in this newsletter. But what is it exactly? I found this article from a few weeks ago that explains it and lists all of the tools considered to be a part of the Customer Experience Platform. How many of them are you using or even already aware of?
